My web page used to be at: http://world.std.com/~gsk/ (1995-2000)
In the spring of 2000, it moved to: http://knauth.org/gsk/
«The World» (world.std.com) offices great service, and it is run by people involved with the Internet since before its public dawn, but I found it was a little more cost-effective to host web pages at pair.com, for what I was doing. I still like The World, and keep an account there.
Another old web page was at http://www.marble.com/people/gsk.html during 1991-95.
